Recluse Horror #29 - The Birch (2016) The Jester (2016) The Jester: Chapter 2 (2017)

In tonight's episode of Recluse Horror, The Recluse addresses the colossal oversight regarding her review of Don't Move (2013), taking the opportunity to review director Anthony Melton and Bloody Cuts Films short film The Birch. Taking the opportunity to talk about other great short films, Sam and Rec discuss The Jester Chapters 1 and 2 (while still coming back to talk about The Birch again through most of those reviews).

The Recluse explains how a person can become trauma-bonded to a movie with an example from her own life, and Sam spends much of the episode trying to find sponsorship (again) the exact wrong way. The episode concludes with Sam and The Recluse coming together to explain why IMDB ratings are bogus and pondering the most preposterously common criticism of short films.

The movies discussed were:

The Birch (2016)
The Jester (2016)
The Jester: Chapter 2 (2017)

Music was "Resolute" by The Recluse.
